What is Stress?

Stress a range of uncomfortable feelings we experience when we are “out of sync” with our personal balance. While stress can be beneficial in certain amounts — for example, having the energy needed to meet a deadline at work — chronic, unresolved stress has a dynamic, negative impact on our health.
